A National Movement for Business-Led Climate Action
Green 100 is a national movement launched by Singapore’s Council for a Competitive Climate Transition (C3T) to help businesses accelerate sustainability adoption and unlock green growth opportunities.
Powered by Gprnt’s digital platform, Green 100 enables SMEs to take practical first steps toward sustainability through simplified disclosures at no cost, aligned with TR 149:2026.
Why this Matters
Climate action, made practical
01
SMEs are key to Singapore’s net-zero transition
They make up 99% of businesses and contribute about 40% of emissions. Yet many SMEs have not started their sustainability journey because it feels complex, costly and difficult to navigate.
02
This is a shared challenge
SMEs that delay action risk losing customers and missing opportunities to reduce costs and access green financing. At the same time, enterprises cannot accurately measure supply chain emissions or meet stakeholder and regulatory expectations without engaging their SME suppliers.
03
An ecosystem approach is essential
Government, enterprises, SMEs and solution providers must work together to align requirements, build capabilities and make sustainability simple and affordable to adopt. Green 100 provides the platform to do this at scale.

What is TR 149
Built on Singapore's
National Sustainability Standard (TR 149)
Green 100 is anchored on the TR framework, helping SMEs take practical first steps in sustainability through simplified disclosures at no cost.
For many SMEs, navigating evolving sustainability expectations can be challenging due to limited resources, expertise, and fragmented requirements. TR 149 directly addresses these challenges by offering a clear framework for businesses to assess their sustainability maturity level and measure their progress over time.
Through Green 100, SMEs are introduced to the TR 149 Essential level requirements—an accessible starting point designed to help businesses begin their sustainability journey with confidence while paving the way toward higher levels of sustainability readiness over time.
